This portrait of my mother was taken from a family portrait of ours in the 90s – she must be the same age here as I was when creating it. She is honestly where my creativity and style stem from. I think her smile in this piece demonstrates her soft and sweet nature. My biggest cheerleader who often leads me back to the light in times of doubt and darkness.
